Those of us looking to get peep at the new McLaren P12 supercar’s exterior body style were given this recent teaser. As part of the media hype campaign the company created this show of aerodynamics by refracting light off of what appears to be a screen mounted to a pneumatic rail system. Whatever the hell it is its pretty bad-ass and also looks like something that could have been useful in defeating bad guys on Light Cycles if you were in Tron.
The “P12″ is set to become the current F1′s predecessor and is rumored to employ the Formula 1-style Kinetic Energy Recovery System where stored energy from braking will be used to boost the power output to more than 700 horses. I think we have the making of a legendary pantydropper.
